It all begins with the flight model, which is the same flight model that is used in our FAA-certified desktop simulator. This flight model is detailed enough to simulate the flex in your wings as well as the tilt in your landing gear.
Add to that our desktop-quality aircraft with numerous liveries and interactive 3-D cockpits. These cockpits are so detailed that you can perform a complete startup procedure using the hundreds of buttons, knobs, and switches that are located in the aircraft. These cockpits are just as realistic as the ones in our full desktop simulator, complete with functioning gauges, flight displays, and other features.
However, airplanes are useless if there is nowhere for their pilots to operate them. Because of this, each of our free regions includes highly detailed landscape, lifelike city buildings, and fully realized three-dimensional airports, complete with terminal buildings, jetways, hangars, and other features.
