Exam Policy for 10th class examination 2024

As per the new exam policy for the 10th class all Punjab Board, students will have to take a compulsory exam to be eligible for promotion to the next class. The exam will be held at the end of the academic year. The students will be judged on their performance in the exam and will be given a grade accordingly. The grade will be used to determine their promotion to the next class.

  1. Examination Format: The 10th-grade examination is typically conducted in Part I and Part II. Part I includes multiple-choice questions, and Part II includes subjective questions.
  2. Syllabus: It usually covers the topics studied during the academic year and is announced in advance so that students can prepare accordingly.
  3. Examination Date: The examination date is announced by the respective education board. Generally, the examination is conducted in April or May.
  4. Eligibility: To be eligible to appear for the 10th-grade examination, a student must have passed the 9th-grade examination.
  5. Passing Criteria: Generally, a student must obtain a minimum passing percentage of 40% to be declared as having passed the examination.

Practical Exam Schedule for 10th Class

 The Matric Class Practical exam starts after a few months after the Annual Exam. The Practical exam will start In June 2024.

It will be in three Sessions.

The first Group starts at 8:30 AM

The second Group starts at 11:30 Am

Third, begin at 2:30 pm.

The date and time are also mentioned on the Students Roll Number slip.

Every student allocates Centre.

Necessary Documents
